beach house rental

Our pet friendly southern California beach house rental is available to rent up to 18 months in advance. Summer books quickly, so please inquire soon if you are interested. Our payment policy is one third to hold, one third due 4 months before the rental and the balance due 2 months before the rental. All payments are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the house.
We are ideally located 60 miles south of Los Angeles, and 60 miles north of San Diego. Orange County airport (SNA) is the closest airport, but Los Angeles and San Diego are good as well. We are about 35 miles south of Disneyland and is an easy trip up the interstate in the diamond lane to get there. Legoland, the San Diego Zoo, Knotts Berry Farm, Balboa Park, the LA museums are all accessible, but most people come to listen to the waves and relax with family.
We are best known for our ideal weather and outstanding beaches. One of the best things to do is to explore the beaches in San Clemente and Laguna Beach. There is a tab above which describes some of the beaches close to the house. San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente and Newport Beach are all very accessible from our southern California beach house. We have over 320 days of sunshine every year. The house is very close to the ocean and is not childproof.
We will consider monthly rentals in January – March at a discount. Longer rentals the remainder of the year are charged at the weekly rate, and are not discounted.
